Filter element material:

2. The NBR seal ring is very sealed and resistant to high temperature up to 120 °.

3. The stainless steel frame is perforated cylindrical design, the strength is far greater than that of electroplated steel, and the two-way pressure resistance is 7 bar.

4. The particle pre filter layer is wound on both sides of the filter material to ensure the particle filtration and increase the strength of the filter material.

5. The borosilicate fiber filter material is resistant to high temperature and chemical corrosion, and has a high void ratio to ensure efficient filtration and minimum pressure loss.

6. Polyester fiber liquid collecting layer, this material can "catch" the small oil drop formed by the filter layer, and make it quickly settle to the lower part of the filter to avoid flowing with the air flow. What is more distinct from foam material is that polyester material has stronger toughness to avoid damage and pollute the downstream air.

7. It should be known that for every 0.14kgf/cm increase in voltage drop, the power input will increase by 1%.

8. The filter element is kept at low pressure drop level and not saturated during the specified life.

9. Compared with other brands, the pollutant removal ability is stronger, but the pressure drop is smaller.
